UKM SPEAC SUKSES GELAR AGENDA PRA RAKER
Sabtu Pagi Tanggal 4 januari 2020 pukul 09.00 WIB, pengurus UKM SPEAC 2020 melaksanakan agenda pra raker (pra Rapat Kerja) di kediaman saudari uzli salah satu pengurus UKM SPEAC yang beralamat di Jl.Winong Gejlik,Kajen . Semua Pengurus UKM SPEAC wajib hadir dalam pra raker ukm speac karena kegiatan ini diadakan dengan tujuan pengurus UKM SPEAC mendapat pembekalan dalam peyusunan Program Kerja satu tahun kedepan.
Materi pertama pada pra raker yaitu analisis SWOT yang di paparkan oleh saudari Isrinah beliau Sekretaris I pengurus speac periode 2015-2016, beralih ke materi SWOT, apa sih analisis SWOT itu? SWOT adalah metode perencanaan strategis yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan (strengths), kelemahan (weaknesses), peluang (opportunities), dan ancaman (threats) dalam suatu proyek atau suatu menejemen organisasi.
Yang berbeda pada pemberian materi analisis SWOT kali ini adalah dalam mengevalausi suatu kinerja dalam keberjalanan organisasi, kita harus menganalisa berdasarkan data. Nah dari analis yang sudah di buat lalu di plotkan masing-masing dalam SWOT, kemudian kita buat prioritas mana yang sekiranya sangat berpengaruh, cukup berpegaruh, maupun sedikit berpengaruh, dalam nominal angka 1 sampai 5. Yang kemudian dihitung dengan Rumusan Penghitungan Akhir dan Penetapan Kondisi, dari situ kita bisa mendapatkan presentase daya dorong dan daya hambat.
STRUKTUR ORGANISASI BARU UKM SPEAC 2020
//Pekalongan,21 desember 2019//Struktur Organisasi adalah suatu susunan dan hubungan antara tiap bagian serta posisi yang ada pada suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional untuk mencapai tujuan yang di harapakan dan di inginkan. Struktur Organisasi menggambarkan dengan jelas pemisahan kegiatan pekerjaan antara yang satu dengan yang lain dan bagaimana hubungan aktivitas dan fungsi dibatasi. Dalam struktur organisasi yang baik harus menjelaskan hubungan wewenang siapa melapor kepada siapa, jadi ada satu pertanggung jawaban apa yang akan di kerjakan.
Atas dasar pengertian diatas,UKM SPEAC sukses gelar pembentukan struktur organisasi baru di periode 2020 . Dimana tim formatur yang terdiri dari demisioner,ketua ukm speac,dan anggota lain yg memiliki kewenangan sebagai tim formatur merekrut kepengurusan speac yang baru dengan strategi yang sistematik sesuai ketentuan organisasi . Pempublikasian kepengurusan speac resmi diumumkan pada 21 desember 2019. Penjabaran secara jelas keanggotaan pengurus SPEAC.
Jumat, 7 Februari 2020. BMT Bahtera mengadakan acara Terjun ke masyarakat, UKM SPEAC berbagi ilmu dengan anak-anak binaan BMT Bahtera
BMT Bahtera mengadakan acara untuk siswa binaan mereka. Acara tersebut dihadiri para siswa binaan, yaitu mereka yang memperoleh beasiswa dari BMT Bahtera serta beberapa wali murid.
Dalam kegiatan tersebut, UKM SPEAC melalui perwakilannya turut berpartisipasi sebagai pemateri. Pengurus UKM SPEAC memberikan materi dasar mengenai bagaimana berkomunikasi dengan Bahasa Arab. Melalui pembelajaran yang aktif, para siswa beserta para wali murid tampak menikmati jalannya acara.
Setelah pemberian pelajaran selesai, acara dilanjutkan dengan pembagian beasiswa oleh pegawai BMT Bahtera. untuk siswa binaan mereka. Acara tersebut dihadiri para siswa binaan, yaitu mereka yang memperoleh beasiswa dari BMT Bahtera serta beberapa wali murid.
Dalam kegiatan tersebut, UKM SPEAC melalui perwakilannya turut berpartisipasi sebagai pemateri. Pengurus UKM SPEAC memberikan materi dasar mengenai bagaimana berkomunikasi dengan Bahasa Arab. Melalui pembelajaran yang aktif, para siswa beserta para wali murid tampak menikmati jalannya acara.
Setelah pemberian pelajaran selesai, acara dilanjutkan dengan pembagian beasiswa oleh pegawai BMT Bahtera.
ALL THE JOB HAS DONE, SPEAC READY FOR ANNUAL CONFERENCE

After Corel Draw Training has successfully held last month, that’s mean all the programme of SPEAC in 2019 has completely done. Along 2019, SPEAC had some agenda, it was consist of annual event and non-annual event. The annual event was like Halaqoh, TOEFL Training, BLC, and many more ware going well. The non-annual event, such as study club is also done quite well. All of those agenda has various objectives, from the language learning purposed such as study club and TOEFL Training, organizational purposed such as TOA and Halaqoh, and also social purpose such as Pesantren Kilat.
The successful of holding all those agenda isn’t gained easily. SPEAC functionaries had to face so many obstacles and trouble. It was getting harder than the previous period because the functionaries of SPEAC is split up about 20 KM away, some of them stay on Panjang Campus and the rest doing their study in Kajen Campus. This condition made them need to think harder, how to keep in touch and how to keep a good coordination. Despite the communication issues could be handled by using technology, but it’s still consuming a lot of time to gathering the people because of that distance issue. That was the biggest and the most time-waster problem they faced. The another problem such as misunderstanding each other or irresponsibility of some functionaries could be solved well.
Overall, what the functionaries had done is quite good and deserve to get appreciation. Obviously there are so many things that need to improved, but we can’t deny that SPEAC functionaries are also human with all their imperfection. And for now they will held the very last event, that is SPEAC Confernce. It will be held on December 7-8th 2019. They should discussing about some issues and presenting the responsibily report. This event is also mean the farewell of recent functionaries and will be continued with the election of the next SPEAC leader for 2020 period. The good organization is always move forward. So we all put our hope to the next chief that will be appointed to lead UKM SPEAC to the better way.
What is the toefl test?
The higher-standard TOEFL test measures the ability of non-native English speakers to use and understand English as it’s read, written, heard and spoken in the university classroom. It is designed to help you do well by preparing you to express yourself confidently in English in the university environment. This test is still one of the major benchmarks of understanding English. So UKM SPEAC on Monday, 11st of November 2019 to Saturday, 16th of November 2019 held an event to training test the TOEFL which is the name is TOEFL Training.
Which is TOEFL is one of the requirements in the process towards to Munaqosah Trial event’s for IAIN Pekalongan student’s. So every year, UKM SPEAC hold a TOEFL Training as training before the Campus IAIN Pekalongan be held a TOEFL Test in real, in order to being got a high score in TOEFL Test.
At this year, UKM SPEAC hold the TOEFL Training with several agenda’s, that is :
- On Monday, 11st of November 2019, hold a opening and then Pre Test at last time.
- On Tuesday, 12 th of November 2019, hold a reading comprehension training with a teacher, that is Mrs Eros Meilina Sofa, M. Pd.
- On Wednesday, 13 th of November 2019, hold a listening comprehension training with a teacher, that is Ahmad Burhanuddin, M.A.
- On Thursday, 14 th of November 2019, hold a structure and written expression training with a teacher, that is Fachri Ali, M. Pd.
- On Friday, 15 th of November 2019, hold a structure and written expression training with a teacher, that is Chubbi Millatina Rokhuma, M. Pd.
- The last day on Saturday, 16 th of November 2019, hold a Post Test to measure student’s after hold a training dengan waktu pengerjaan soal yaitu Listening 25 menit, reading 55 menit, structure 25 men
so the toefl training that we took was to learn English. And some benefits from the toefl test: test toefl also crucible for those of you who want to experience school ar work in a another country. Here is the role of toefl’s test as an accurate assessment and evaluation of one’s understanding of English.
