 Organizational Apparatus Development (OAD)

The Organizational Apparatus Development (OAD) Division focuses on the development and empowerment of UKM SPEAC's functionaries. Our mission is to enhance their competence, commitment, and sense of responsibility while cultivating strong teamwork, effective communication, and a positive organizational culture. By supporting the continuous growth of our functionaries, OAD contributes to building a solid, professional, and sustainable organization.

Public Relation Divisions (PR)

Public Relation is one of the divisions in UKM SPEAC that is tasked with collaborating with external parties, conducting publications, editing and creating content, and also make the internal training that equips each member of the organization with editing skills as a means of delivering good information.

Cadre Development Division

The Cadre Development Division is one of the core divisions within UKM SPEAC. It is responsible for ensuring the sustainability of the organization by developing capable, committed, and active members. Our main responsibilities include planning and implementing the cadre development process, such as member recruitment, basic training, mentoring, leadership development, and continuous member evaluation. Through these programs, we aim to prepare future leaders who are confident, responsible, and ready to contribute to SPEAC.
